* PCN is coming closer. Thank you to everyone who has been coming to practices. This Saturday there is no Saturday practice due to Wayzgoose.
* Ad money is due April 25th. $20 per cast member, split up however you like. Sell them to your family, friends, dormmates, etc.
* Tickets will be sold to castmembers soon. $12/reserved and $10/general. Castmembers get a limit of 10 reserved tickets and unlimited general. So start asking your friends and family for money so they can have good seats.

SOCCER: Co-ed Rec. Speed Soccer starts this Tuesday, April 15th 2008. The times for this league changes every week between 6p.m. and 8p.m. This Tuesday, the game is at 6:00p.m. at the backdoor courts at the ARC. Since registration was last Wednesday, I still need a full roster to play. Girls are especially needed. Please come out and support if you want to play or watch [Look at your facebook for invites].
ZOTBOWL 2008!: If you like to bowl, start forming a team of 5 as you will have a change to compete against organizations on campus. Details are still being worked, but expect the event sometime in late May.

KmB is composed of Filipino, Asian/Pacific Islander, and other races, youth who are students, community members, workers, from urban areas, have religious affiliations, and so forth. THIS FRIDAY IS KABABAYAN and THETA DELTA BETA'S HIP HOP RENAISSANCE SHOWCASE. come out to enjoy live art, graffiti, turntablism, live performances, spoken word, and MUCH MORE! Bambu and EyeSage will be performing, and there will be a HUGE dance crew battle! The brothers of Theta Delta Beta will donate 50% of all total proceeds to aide survivors of the recent typhoon in Mindinao. It's only a $5 admission, and we will be selling artwork! I-HOTEL DOCUMENTARY:
Doucmentary screening! Come learn more about the historical event of the fall of the International Hotel in San Francisco. This event marked one of the biggest stands in the struggle for affordable housing within the original Manilatown in San Francisco during the 70s. The documentary will be held on Wednesday February 20th, 2008, from 7-9. After the viewing there will be a small discussion. Location TBD. Quaba - We're bring it back! Quaba is an open space for members of the
LGBTIQ community and their allies. It is a space that Kaba will provide to

Pilipino Cultural Night
Kababayan at UCI presents: The 28th Annual Pilipino Cultural Night! "Darating
ang Panahon (The Time Will Come)." Saturday May 5, 2007 at 3:00pm at the UCI
Bren Events Center. We need people for the following logistical committees:
Props- Saturdays, stage crew; Costumes crew; Makeup committee; Programs crew.
Make sure you're on top of contacting your suite coords for any absences…
too many absences could lead to you being dropped from your suite and/or you
losing your deposit money! Saturday Practices START FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL
(April 7th)… and they KEEP GOING UNTIL PCN ON MAY 5th! Be There! Make sure you
contact your coords if there are any problems!
TICKETS - At the SECOND SATURDAY PRACTICE on APRIL 14TH is TICKET
DISTRIBUTION!! It's $12/Reserved Seating, $10/General, $15/Alumni… So make sure
you get some money from Mom and Pop before you come back to Irvine! It's limited
Reserved tickets, but unlimited General tickets. Make sure your
deposits/contracts are submitted, program ads paid, and Kaba membership paid as
well!
PROGRAMS - Turn in your PROGRAMS AD MONEY! The late fees are now $35!!!
So PLEASE pay your Programs cords: Trina D & Sara F today! If you make an AD
please turn it in BEFORE the 1st Saturday practice during Week 1 of Spring
quarter. Burn it on a CD or email it to
kabaPCNprograms@gmail.com. Please
make sure your ad is set to a 300 dpi resolution before submitting it. We also
prefer you turn in your ad in *.jpg, *.bmp, or *.tiff format. Also: If you
already paid but didn't specify where you want your ad money to go, please let
us know (example, you paid $15 and decide you want $5 to go to Senior suite)
That way we can tell your cords how much money they have for your suite ads.
