...then Phi Sigma Rho, the national sorority for women in science and engineering technologies, may be perfect for you. Originally founded at Purdue University in 1984, Phi Sigma Rho was created by two women who found it difficult to participate in traditional sorority rushes due to the rigorous demands of their engineering programs. In the 20 years since its founding, Phi Sigma Rho has established itself at various campuses and has over 20 chapters across the nation.
