Subject: [UCI Cricket] Summer and Next Year Plans!

Hello everybody! Hope all of you are having a great Summer. The UCI
cricket club has had a very good season with the addition of some great
people, some interesting matches and a good year overall. Seems like we
have set a strong foundation to be even better next year as it seems we
would be able to enter some cricket tournaments around Southern California
next year.

We have a new board which is all set to make next year successful. I,
Pratik Gandhi, is taking over as President, Shravan Panyam is our Vice
Presient, Chirag Patel is Publicity and Vykunth Ashok is our Treasurer.

Furthermore, we are trying out something different this summer. During the
first weekend of August, we are holding the 1st Annual Cricket Youth
Clinic.  To summarize the event, we will be holding a two day camp to give
kids of age 10-17 Cricket coaching. The event is hosted by the UCI Cricket
Club and you can look at the attached flyer for more details.

So guys, please spread the word amongst your friends and family and help
us recruit kids in this 1st time event. We would also need volunteers to
help us coach kids, and we know how talented you all are so let us know if
you are available, and definitely come share the fun.

We are very excited about Youth Cricket Clinic, and we?re hoping that
you?ll help us spread our beloved game of Cricket in our community

Hello Everybody! Hope you guys are having fabulous summer. We were not
able to attract enough kids for the clinic; hence, we are going to be
canceling our clinic. We should be starting our practices during the first
week of October. We would email you about them as the time comes! Enjoy
the rest of summer!
